The tools on On The Market ATL are free to use without creating an account or providing any personal information. We don’t ask for your name, email, or phone to use them. We don’t set tracking cookies, we don’t run analytics scripts, and we don’t sell data to anyone. If you message Stephen through the contact form, that’s the only time we hold anything personal about you — and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
Nothing about you personally when you use the tools. The resume builder, job description generator, salary benchmarking report, and interview prep report are all free and anonymous.
If you use the contact form to message Stephen, we collect what you voluntarily provide: your name, email, phone (optional), and the content of your message.
When you generate content with our AI tools, we temporarily process the information you enter (resume text, job descriptions, company names, and similar) so our AI provider can produce a result. See “How Your Content Is Processed” below.
Anonymous visit metadata. Like most websites, we log basic information about each page visit: the page URL, the referring site, and standard browser/device information from the request. This metadata is not tied to your identity.
We do not collect your location beyond country-level (used only to enforce the United States restriction), we do not fingerprint your device, we do not build a profile on you, and we do not track you across other websites. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar.
Contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list, marketing sequence, or follow-up drip. Anonymous visit metadata is used to understand which tools are being used and whether the site is working for people — nothing more.
When you generate a resume, job description, or interview prep report, the content you provide is sent to Anthropic — the company behind Claude, the AI model that powers our generators. Anthropic processes the request and returns the result. Under Anthropic’s default policy, inputs and outputs may be retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days for trust & safety purposes, after which they are deleted.
We do not save or retain the content you enter or the results that are generated on our own systems. Once your browser session ends, that data is gone from our side entirely.
Contact form submissions and anonymous visit metadata are stored in an encrypted database hosted by Supabase. All traffic to the site is delivered over HTTPS. Database access is gated by row-level security rules and restricted to Stephen Briggs via authentication.
No system is perfectly secure, but we follow reasonable industry practices to protect the limited data we hold.
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site:
These providers see only the data required to perform their service and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your data with any party beyond these service providers.
We do not set tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on the site. We honor “Do Not Track” signals to the extent applicable — though since we don’t track in the first place, the effect is the same either way.
Regardless of where you live in the United States, you have the right to:
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy laws have additional rights under those laws — all of which we honor. Because we don’t sell data or build profiles, most of those rights don’t come up in practice, but they apply.
Contact form submissions are kept until you request deletion. Anonymous visit metadata may be retained indefinitely for historical reference. Content you enter into the AI tools and the generated results are not retained on our systems at all, though our AI provider may hold them for up to 30 days as described above.
On The Market ATL is intended for professional use by adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and the toolkit is not directed at children. If you believe we have received information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.
This toolkit is currently available only to visitors located in the United States. Visitors from outside the US are shown a friendly message explaining the restriction and are not able to access the tools. The country check uses a standard geolocation signal from our hosting provider; no precise location is recorded.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. If we ever make a material change — especially anything that would expand data collection or use — we’ll make sure it’s clearly noted and dated.
To request deletion of your contact form data, or if anything here is unclear, reach out through the and we’ll take care of it. No hoops to jump through.
