By accessing or using On The Market ATL (“the site,” “the toolkit,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use this toolkit. Visitors from outside the US will be shown a friendly message and will not be able to access the tools.
On The Market ATL is a free, AI-powered career toolkit for accounting and finance professionals. The tools include a resume builder, job description generator, salary benchmarking report, and interview preparation report. The toolkit is built and maintained by Stephen Briggs, an executive recruiter in the Atlanta market.
You retain all ownership of the content you enter into the tools (resume text, job descriptions, company names, and so on). We claim no ownership of your content and do not save or retain it on our systems after your session ends.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share any content you paste into the tools. Do not paste confidential information that belongs to someone else, privileged information, or content you are not authorized to share.
Our tools use artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) to generate resumes, job descriptions, interview prep, and salary reports. AI output can contain errors, miss nuance, or include phrasing that doesn’t fit your situation. You are responsible for reviewing every result carefully before using it professionally— verify dates, job titles, achievements, company details, salary figures, and any other factual claim.
On The Market ATL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. The results are starting points, not finished products. Using them without careful review is at your own risk.
The content generated by this toolkit is for informational and drafting purposes only. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, career counseling, or a substitute for professional judgment. Salary benchmarks and market data are estimates based on public sources and should be treated as reference points, not guarantees.
When using the toolkit, you agree not to:
We may restrict or block access at our discretion if the toolkit is being abused.
The toolkit relies on third-party service providers to operate: Anthropic (AI generation), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the toolkit is also subject to those providers’ terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data flows through these services.
The On The Market ATL name, branding, design, and underlying code are owned by Stephen Briggs. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish the site or its components without permission. Content you generate using the tools is yours to use freely for your own professional purposes.
The toolkit is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results from using the tools.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, On The Market ATL and Stephen Briggs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the toolkit — including lost opportunities, missed interviews, rejected applications, or reliance on AI-generated content. If liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the toolkit in the prior twelve months, which for a free service is zero.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the toolkit at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the toolkit at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the toolkit after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected with a clearly updated date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the toolkit or these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
